Apartment in the heart of the city

Posizione piuttosto centrale ottima,zona tranquilla senza caos particolare, collegamenti vicini,la casa ha ambienti spaziosi e i doppi servizi hanno aiutato molto nelle preparazioni mattutine in cinque persone.

Piccola pecca ad ogni rientro in appartamento il ritrovarsi già stanchi dai km fatti in città a dover salire tre piani di scale rendendo tutto un po' faticoso. P.S.consiglierei di aggiungere dei strofinacci da cucina, rotolo di carta da cucina e qualche panno spugna in più e magari qualche asciugamano per il bagno in più a persona non avrebbe guastato ad agevolarci dopo l'essersi docciati/ lavati...

Огромная квартира в сердце Будапешта. Очень просторная, с огромными потолками. Мы путешествовали семьёй 4 человека, и всем нам нужно было пространство и отдельные кровати. Квартира идеальная для этого. Огромное пространство, чтобы делать завтраки за столом. Всё в ней прекрасно. Небольшой минус — высоко, на третий этаж, нет лифта. Но моя мама 70 лет прекрасно справлялась :) Мы в восторге!

This is a very big, clean, nice, and cozy apartment which has everything you need for pleasant family stay. We got clear, detailed instructions on how to get in. The host is very kind and always ready to help guests: Marta allowed us to check in early. Marta’s hospitality is second to none, and their advice was incredibly helpful. The rooms are huge and the ceilings are high. There are 2 separate bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), a large common room with a kitchen (including two sofas), and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub, shower and toilet) and separate toilet in the apartment. All the beds are comfortable. Every room has blackout blinds, which was very important for us. The apartment layout is very convenient, with no walk-through rooms. The apartment has air conditioners in each room and a heating system that heated the whole place very well in February (it was around +5 degrees outside). The kitchen is equipped with almost everything: a toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. You can also find tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil, and different spices in the kitchen. The bathrooms are also great and very clean, stocked with shower gel, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and a hairdryers are also available. The location is great: it’s a safe, quiet neighbourhod. There are Spar, Lidl, and Aldi supermarkets within a 5-7 minute walk, and a fantastic bakery, 'LUI', is just on the next street. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very nice. A suggestion from us: it would be nice to deep clean the washing machine, as there was a bit of a musty smell. The scissors were missing in the kitchen (it would be nice to have them).

Amazing property in a great location. More than exceeded our expectations for size, facilities - just everything. Two bathrooms was a huge bonus for us as my sister travelled with us. The showers were great, always hot water, and in freezing temperatures the apartment always felt lovely and warm. The kitchen facilities were also great, lots of utensils, oven hob microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washer dryer, dishwasher …. There’s even fans around the apartment for when it’s warm. It’s on the third floor and because the building is old there is no lift. It’s quite a lot of stairs for anyone with difficulty walking, but we found it a good work out at the end of the day. Loved it and will be recommending to anyone travelling to Budapest.
