The lovely host awaited our arrival even though it was really late at night. Cosy apartment but they used the space very well. There are 3 beds on normal level which made it suitable for small kids; there's also a mezzanine which is great for couples or a single person but would be unsuitable for kids due to the staircase. Minimalistic kitchen and dining area but sufficient for the 3 of us. Beds were really comfy. Bathroom was fine. Wifi worked, too. It's in a great location near the cathedral and lots of lovely restaurants, ice cream shops and a macaron shop. Can't fault it for its value for money!

No lift. The kind host did help us carry our stuff upstairs which was really appreciated.

Location. Single beds as requested. Excellent value for money.

The location was excellent and very convenient. What impressed us the most was the kindness and generosity of the owner and his wife. They warmly welcomed us and offered us cold drinks upon our arrival, which made us feel at home from the very beginning. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. First, the apartment had bed bugs. I had already read a recent review mentioning this problem, but when I contacted the owner before my stay, he denied it and claimed that the previous guest was lying. On the first night, I found bed bugs and was bitten. When I informed him, he even suggested that I had brought them with me. After I showed him photos and videos on the second night, he had no response. Second, I contacted the owner in advance to ask whether an early check-in would be possible. Instead of giving a clear answer, he avoided the question and only said that I could leave my luggage before check-in. However, when I arrived, he did not respond to any of my messages, which was very frustrating. Ironically, he was willing to store my luggage after check-out. Third, the apartment is on the fourth floor, and reaching it is extremely difficult. The staircase is very old, and there was an unpleasant, unhealthy smell throughout the building. Finally, the listing is inaccurate. It states that the apartment has seven beds, but in reality, there are only six.

Old furniture, lack of some kitchen and bathroom utensils and having two 3 bed bedrooms
