Es súper amplio el departamento, dos habitaciones separadas, baño completo + medio baño, lo cual lo hace todo muy cómodo. La ubicación esta perfecta
Es una lástima que teniendo un departamento tan bonito, esté tan descuidado, el personal que tienen contratado para limpiar claramente no lo hace bien, todo está bastante regular a nivel de limpieza. Ducha medio rota, telarañas en el baño y en el salón, sofá pelado de tantos años que debe tener, la cama de uno de los cuartos hay q tirarla porq se hunde totalmente, sinceramente es un departamento con muchísimo potencial que le hace falta una verdadera limpieza y cuidado de detalles. Esto no significa que no disfrutamos de las instalaciones en general. Solo es una recomendación más que necesaria

Leider viele Stellen nicht wirklich geputzt. Haupt Toilette war defekt und wurde auch auf Nachfrage nicht repariert. Geräte waren älter (was nicht schlimm ist) aber auch leider schmutzig. Das Klo und das Sofa müssen dringend ausgewechselt werden. Wirklich schade, da die Wohnung mit etwas liebe super wäre.
