Non hanno accettato il ceckin prima delle 15 mentre su booking stava descritta l'opzione a pagamento di entrare per le 13 . Inoltre pessima esperienza per entrare nell'appartamento nessun host ad accoglierci ma un video guida fatto malissimo tramite email che ci conduceva in un altra direzione dalla via descritta su booking . Nel video troppo frettoloso non si capivano i codici di accesso ed il lucchetto a combinazione andava forzato perché difettoso ! Un vero incubo! Abbiamo telefonato al numero inserito nella pagina booking ma in maniera furbesca facevano finta di non capire noi chiedevamo aiuto ma loro continuavano a dire di non capire. La nostra fortuna che di lì passava una persona del posto che gia sapeva che quel lucchetto era difettoso e co ha aiutato davvero un po' di umanità non guasta mai. Del resto la casa era accogliente anche se poco pulita. Sicuramente non lo consiglio. Budapest è fantastica.
