La posizione centrale, gli arredi, gli spazi, la disponibilità dello staff per il check in anticipato e la fornitura di biancheria per il bagno. Molto tempestivi nel rispondere alle nostre richieste.
Un bagno era comodo ma senza areazione forzata, l'altro pure ed in più era diviso, in una stanza c'era solo il wc e in un'altra stanza, tra l'altro pure distante, c'era solo la doccia. Per il nostro gruppo, eravamo in 7, un solo lavabo e l'assenza di finestre o comunque aerazione quindi sono risultati molto scomodi. Una stanza non era dotata di condizionatore e il ventilatore in dotazione era rotto.

Casa molto grande, comoda per il centro, bella, anche se con qualche cosa da sistemare.
Il quartiere, seppur vicinissimo al centro, era terribile,, sporco e mal frequentato. Il portone per entrare in casa idem (ovviamente non sono colpa dell'host).
Non siamo mai riusciti a far funzionare il wifi.

Muy buena ubicación, amplio y cómodo. Tuvimos problemas para acceder pero nos atendieron rápido
Nos costó mucho abrir la puerta de entrada, faltan más detalles en la explicación para ello, nos veíamos durmiendo en la calle. Pero finalmente se resolvió

one of the door the a room could not be closed
one door was completly off but was repaired on the first day thanks to the fast response !
