Muy buena ubicación, amplio y cómodo. Tuvimos problemas para acceder pero nos atendieron rápido

Nos costó mucho abrir la puerta de entrada, faltan más detalles en la explicación para ello, nos veíamos durmiendo en la calle. Pero finalmente se resolvió

The apartment was clean and well located.

The apartment was not very well maintained some doors were broken. Also, we were 9 in the apartment and we only had 8 chairs and 5 forks.

Appartamento bellissimo, accogliente ed elegante in posizione ottima.

Ci sono state alcune problematiche con il cancello, risolte presto da dei tecnici. Le indicazioni per il check in potrebbero essere leggermente più accurate. All'arrivo i contenitori con i codici sono molteplici, sarebbe utile apporre un indicazione su quello relativo alla struttura. Anche un indicazione migliore sull'uso delle chiavi per il cancello del palazzo. Per chi viene da fuori, potrebbe non sapere che i dispositivi verde e rosso sul mazzo vanno usati nell'ingresso-uscita dopo aver inserito il codice nel citofono.

It is very well placed just next to the city center. it has many rooms acces is really easy I must congratulate the commnication with the renting people because any demand was answered and really fast and greatly !

one of the door the a room could not be closed one door was completly off but was repaired on the first day thanks to the fast response !
