Danube View Apartment

El apartamento es bonito. Con muy buena ubicación, la limpieza y la amplitud del apartamento. También es fácil aparcar en zona de pago en la puerta. El anfitrión nos ayudó sin problema con el tema de la llegada y a encontrar el acceso al apartamento y nos permitió quedarnos una hora más a la salida (debes dejarlo a las 10 AM).

Sin duda el descanso. Las camas no eran cómodas. Tenían un colchón muy duro que no te deja dormir de forma confortable. Las almohadas también eran demasiado bajas y solo había una por persona, por lo que no podías subir la altura de la cabeza y nos resultó bastante incómodo. Además, pasa el tranvía a 5 metros de la ventana del dormitorio principal, por lo que a las 6 ya te despierta el ruido de la circulación. En la cocina falta menaje, solo hay un cubierto, un plato y un vaso por persona. Y el tema de las vistas al Danubio que anuncian, al menos desde el apartamento donde nos alojamos, son prácticamente inexistentes. Solo se ve un poco el río entre los árboles.

La ubicacion y el espacio del departamento

Que no habían ventiladores, hacia mucho calor , igual la regadera muy poco practica.

Wow, an amazing space, super clean and comfortable. Very modern space with lots of room. If anything bigger than the listing! The building is easy to find and a great location. I stayed with another couple and we all really enjoyed it. We were able to open the windows and enjoy the day or use the A/C when the heatwave hit. We also made use of the washer and it was in English ;-) Kitchen was well stocked with pans. Just a note for others there was a beautiful bathtub with a shower wand but no dedicated shower.

Small things, could have used a drying rack for clothes, a fan or 2 and some starter coffee to get us going. A/C is in the main room and had to leave it cooler to reach the back bedroom a fan would have done a better job. Overall we made it work. Could have used a few more glasses. 1 of each type per person required us to wash each day. A bit hard to find the lock box, 1 extra photo really helped.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well suited for families or groups. Its location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of many of Budapest’s main attractions. The apartment is well equipped, featuring a full kitchen, plenty of towels, two separate bathrooms, and two bedrooms, making it convenient even for longer stays. Overall, it offers good value for families looking for a spacious and centrally located place to stay.

The biggest drawback was the air conditioning. There is only one small air conditioner in the living room, and it is not powerful enough to cool the entire apartment. There is no air conditioning in either bedroom, which was a major issue during the exceptionally hot summer weather. It became so uncomfortable that I had to spend one night sleeping on the sofa in the living room. The bedroom window faces a busy main street with tram tracks and restaurants below, so there is noticeable noise, especially in the evening. Future guests should take this into consideration if they are sensitive to noise. The view is not quite as advertised. Although you can see a small part of the Danube, the apartment is on the first floor, so the view is rather limited. The apartment would also benefit from better attention to maintenance and cleaning. There were cobwebs in the upper corners of the rooms, the shower head was leaking and should be replaced, and it would be nice to provide a few basic kitchen essentials such as sugar, salt, and other non-perishable items for guests
