Très beau appartement bien situé

Parfaitement situé, personnes tres accueillantes et super réactive. Très propre, lit super confortable et chambre bien spacieuse avec espaces de rangements. Le calme est demandé dans l immeuble ce qui semble tout a fait normal et pas compliqué a respecter. Il y a tellement de choses a faire aux alentours qu il est inutile de faire la fete dans l appartement et facile de respecter les voisins. Encore merci pour ce fabuleux séjour.

Duchas viejas y falta de cariño del piso

The position is very convenient, there are shops and minimarkets and cafes nearby. Walking distance to the Airport bus stop. The rooms are large. There is a fridge, and a small elevator to reach the 4th floor.

The apartment has potential, but is badly maintained. It was dirty: chairs were dirty, mattresses were dirty, the TV was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty. There were spiders and spider nets. There were cockroaches everywhere, especially in the bathrooms. One door handle was missing. There were stains on the walls. The toilets' doors couldn't be locked. The bathrooms were stinky because of the sewer. The boiler was leaking water copiously. I asked the owner if we could store the luggages a couple of hours after the check-out time, given that there was no reservation after us. It was an extra request, I am aware, but he denied.
