• Excellent location. • Before payment, communication was responsive and questions were answered promptly.

• Communication changed significantly after full payment was made. Questions were no longer answered properly, creating frustration and uncertainty. • Apartment access information was only provided less than 12 hours before check-in, which caused unnecessary stress. • The Nespresso machine was not usable due to hygiene concerns. When I politely requested that it be cleaned, the concern was not handled professionally, and communication became disrespectful. • Privacy concerns: the day before check-out, a cleaning staff member entered the apartment while I was half dressed and asked us to leave. It later turned out their records showed the wrong check-out date. • Due to language barriers and incorrect records, resolving the check-out misunderstanding took nearly an hour. • Security concerns: the building entrance remained open and no access code was required. We discovered this by accident, which raised concerns about safety.
