Szimpla Comfort 3BDR, 2BTHR, 2WC, 4AC Apartment

The design and the comfort of the apartment was top notch! Very clean, spotless and comfortable. Every bedroom had AC, so it was big comfort for everyone to enjoy their own space in the temperature they want :) Also, central area and being close to Deak ferenc and biggest synagogue of Europe, and tram lanes. Everything seemed to be in walking distance, we didn’t use public transportation at all! It was wonderful small city streets with lots of restaurants and cafes of different cuisines, we could find interesting places around, open until late in the evening. Also, the owner was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us good tips on restaurants and cafes, and hidden gems of the neighborhood. We enjoyed our last minute stay in Budapest!

Nothing that come to my mind

Bathrooms are new and very clean Property manager quite responsive and met us upon our departure to get the key at our request New washer and new dishwasher

Accessing the key fob to enter required walking four blocks each way Entry required and exit required the fob and only one was given to the three of us Entryway and staircase was filthy and arguably unsafe with construction materials in the passageway AC was excellent individually controlled per room Club across street with late music
