Skyline Serenity Retreat @Vaci Most Famous Street

Great location, very central to everything. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Spacious and well equipped . Cute balcony.

The property is a good size, quite roomy, with high ceilings, bright and clean, great little balcony overlooking an old town street below. Very central location close to restaurants, bars, attractions, the River Danube and shops. The storage space in the apartment was excellent. It has two bathrooms one en-suite and mine! The Mrs. decided that the en-suite was hers for the week. The sofas were large and comfortable. Communication with the staff was brilliant. Any questions asked were answered immediately even well after hours. Easy to follow check in, check out and access on arrival. Lots of personal touches, not overdone, that gave the apartment a homely feel. Despite being central the apartment was quiet with no disturbances on a night resulting in lots of sound sleeping. Fully equipped modern kitchen.

The TV needs up grading or clear instructions proving for how to use it. We didn’t come to Budapest to watch the TV it has to be said. However, if there is a TV in the room it should work and be easy to use. The set up had 3 remotes, two that were identical, and no instructions on how to use the set up. It was quite confusing. We have our own stations and channels on our phones so all we needed to do was pair with the TV. The TV had a screen sharing option so this should have been simple. We both have new-ish IPhones. We could not pair either of our phones with the TV despite trying everything which was frustrating. It just didn’t work.

A wonderful apartment on one of the most central streets, with an amazing view. The interior was very clean, and the balcony alone was worth it. The MaxHome team was always ready to help, even late at night. Thank you very much for your excellent support!

The location is perfection! It is within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to go see / do / places to eat. The apartment was very clean, the view from the balcony was great (view of Vaci street). Messaging the host was very easy & they were very quick to respond. I asked for a few extra towels (because only 3 were provided for us 3 people (but I've got lots of hair & like to have 2 for myself), and they said they normally change extra fee for extra towels, but they were kind enough to waive the fee & gave us the extra towels.

The dryer in the apartment took over 3 hours to dry our clothes after washing them in the provided washing machine. I believe the dryer is the type that doesn't vent outside, so it has a harder time drying clothes. This is something future guests should keep in mind, so they can plan for this issue. The parking was problematic... The host did point us in a good direction with finding a private garage parking, which was expensive, but safe. I wish we had NOT rented a car at all for our stay in Budapest - it's more of a hindrance than a benefit. This is NOT the host's problem, but a city parking issue, which we didn't know about initially.
