The host was extremely responsive, polite, and helpful. Communication was excellent from the beginning until the end of our stay, which made everything easy and comfortable for us. The location of the apartment is very good, with many restaurants and cafés nearby. The famous New York Café is only about a 6-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The apartment was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all eight of us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a hairdryer, which was very practical. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, and complete kitchen utensils including pans, pots, plates, and glasses, so we could easily prepare meals. The heater worked very well, and we stayed warm and comfortable during winter. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is located in an old building with a few steps at the entrance, which can be challenging when carrying large suitcases. The check-in process was quite complicated at first, as it involves several steps with key codes and a physical key. The key box is placed above the stairs and the hallway uses sensor lights, so when the light turns off it becomes quite dark and difficult to see while trying to take the key. This made the arrival process a bit confusing and inconvenient for first-time guests. The lift is also very small and can only fit about two people with two large suitcases at a time. However, once we understood the process, everything went smoothly. The apartment is simple and functional, exactly as described in the listing.

דירה גדולה, מעוצבת יפה ובמחיר טוב. ישנם 2 חדרי רחצה + שירותים הבעלים נחמד ואדיב. ביקשנו צ׳ק אין מוקדם ונעננו בחיוב. דירה במיקום מרכזי, מסביב המון מסעדות, ברים, סופר קטן מתחת לדירה וגם גדולים יותר במרחק של 3 דק הליכה.

הכניסה לדירה יכולה להיות קצת מסורבלת, אבל מתרגלים לזה, אנחנו הסתדרנו עם זה. לא הצלחנו לתפעל את הטלוויזיה וקצת התבאסנו אבל לא נורא. יכול להיות שאם היינו נעזרים בבעלי הדירה היינו מצליחים.
