The location.

The toilete seat was broken. It was preaty hot even in the night with just the fans, so an alternative cooling system would be nice. But we still enjoyed it.

Perfect location. Very easy non contact check in. Everything regarding check in was informed beforehand. Super nice for a city vacation and really easy public transport possibilities.

the sofa bed was uncomfortable. It was very hot in the room with no other way of cooling down besides a tower fan which could not cool down the room to comfortable temperature.

Perfect location for going out and about in Budapest, close proximity to the train station and to the Margaret island, very easy to get anywhere from there.

In one of the apartments the stairs were very steep but we were aware of that from the pictures. Just for people with worse mobility this should be considered.

Location is great. Check-in is easy. Nice old courtyard style building.

We stayed here as a family of three (my partner, our 13-year-old son and me). Compared to the other place we stayed during our trip, this was really poor value for money. For the same price, our first apartment was one metro stop further out, but it had a separate bedroom, loads of space and privacy, and access to a great leisure centre. This apartment was small, poky and dark. The loft sleeping area is so low you have to crawl around, and the stairs up to it are very steep and tight. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows and towels were very skimpy. I tried to contact the host to ask for extra towels and pillows, but the phone number provided was out of service and there was no reply through the app either. The bathroom looked grubby, and the wall heater was covered in stains. There was so much noise from the other apartments in the building that we hardly slept at all on the first night. There were signs threatening a €20 fine if you took a towel outside the apartment, saying the cleaners would be checking. It felt a bit mean-spirited and not very welcoming. In the end, we forfeited the last three nights of our stay and went back to the first place we stayed in!
