Castle Apartments Budapest

Fantastic location and probably the best view in Budapest. The apartment is luxurious, very comfortable, and highly recommended. We understand that there may have been issues with previous guests, but for responsible guests, a little more trust and a more relaxed approach would make the stay feel much more welcoming. Other than that, the apartment itself is excellent.

The only reason for not giving a perfect score is the communication style. From the beginning, there was a strong focus on rules, restrictions, and potential penalties, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable despite being respectful guests. When we accidentally triggered the alarm while trying to turn on the air conditioning, we were immediately asked why we had touched it because it was not our property. We understand that there may have been issues with previous guests, but for responsible guests, a little more trust and a more relaxed approach would make the stay feel much more welcoming. Other than that, the apartment itself is excellent.

Really excellent location, could not be better. Spacious and gracious apartment, lovely ensuites and comfortable beds- everything you could ask for. Our host was very accommodating of our early check in due to flight change difficulties and a lovely welcoming person. Also helpful with our luggage. Worth noting that not all apartments have those amazing balconies in the photos! But the courtyard garden is very lovely.

The large flight of steep stairs was unexpected and proved difficult for us with our luggage, but the host was very kind in helping us. The apartment is somewhat dark but with so many light switches!

BEAUTIFUL apartment in the heart of the Castle district with incredible views of Parliament. The photos don't do it justice, especially the garden that was such a beautiful & peaceful bonus to an already exceptional place. We loved sitting out there every morning for breakfast before we started our day and in the evening after a long day of exploring Budapest.
