Locality, reliable Wi-Fi, Cleanliness of the apartment, kind and welcoming owner (!!!), quiet suburb

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a quiet area of the city just above the castle district. Shops are very close and with the subway nearby, you can get around the city very quickly. Above all, our host was very hospitable and always easy to reach by phone.

The kitchen is a bit small, but why would you spend time cooking when there's so much to do in the city and there are so many good and affordable restaurants.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Not huge but enough for us.

The owner was available and kind. The place is between 2 metro stations and close to the bus station so the public transport is great from this place actually.

There were no bed sheets, the bed was covered by the bed blanket directly. The bed had bed bugs and my fianceè got some irritation from it, this was due to the bad hygiene in my opinion. The floor was not very clean as you can see in the pics. The palace where the flat is located is in bad conditions and very old There is no air conditioning, for honesty the owner went to buy a ventilator as with 36 degrees in Budapest it was crazy hot. The toilet is crazy little, never seen something like that, in 1 meter the Wc and the shower😅 In my opinion 106 euro for 2 nights in Budapest in a place like this doesn’t make any sense. It’s a honest place for poor tourists nothing more, The price should be between 60/70 euros per 2 nights, everything else is a tourist rip in a city like Budapest which is clearly a city for “poor” tourism. A night in Madrid or Paris or Milan would cost the same and this is crazy considering that these 3 cities are “the first world” and the life cost is much higher than Budapest.
