The location is very good with the bus stop right in front of it, which is next to a laundromat so it was very convenient. There is a washer in the unit but no dryer.

The WiFi is not easy to access. During the summertime it makes the most to be out and wait until it cools down because there is no AC (I’m American).

I had the pleasure of staying at Cedric's property during my visit to Annecy and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The property offered a truly seamless experience - from the moment I made the booking on booking.com to my departure, everything was flawless. Cedric was an exceptional host, embodying the ideals of politeness, friendliness, and care that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. It's not often that you come across a host who is so dedicated to ensuring guests have a wonderful experience.

I had zero complaints about my stay, a testament to the quality of the accommodation and the service provided. Everything was in perfect order and I found myself completely at ease during my stay. Given the quality of my experience, I would not hesitate to book Cedric's property again when I next visit Annecy. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained property with a host who truly cares about your experience, look no further than Cedric's place. Highly recommended!

it is worth for the price..and very good apartment & very clean..owner is very helpful and friendly also approximately 1.9 km for the center..in front of the building has a bus stop..

Canapé lit inutilisable

Globalement le logement est bien, mais malheureusement le canapé lit était inutilisable, cassé, alors que nous avions bien indiqué que nous souhaitions nous en servir,il était même préparé avec un drap ... La première nuit n'a donc pas été bonne, la deuxième un peu meilleure car nous avons eu l'idée de mettre le cric de la voiture pour soutenir le canapé lit, puis l'hôte a fait en sorte que nous ayons un matelas gonflable pour les deux dernières nuits. Le lave-vaisselle était aussi inutilisable. Il manquait des lumières dans la salle de bain, et aussi un plafonnier dans la cuisine. Le ménage n'était pas au top, poussière sur les meubles et nous avons retrouvé nous même en le faisant avant de partir des objets qui dataient... Dommage, car avec de petites améliorations, ça pourrait être une bonne location !

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Mais propreté du logement à revoir.

Emplacement idéal, à 8 min du vieux Annecy. Carrefour en bas de l’immeuble, parking gratuit à 500m. Le propriétaire est gentil et accommodant. Avoir une machine à laver est top quand on a des enfants et qu’on fait de la rando ;-) Fait vraiment le job pour le tarif.

La propreté du logement est à revoir… draps sales, vaisselle collante et sale. Les couverts sont limités, peu de verres à eau, un seul bol etc. Le four ne marche pas bien (il s’éteint régulièrement en marche… faut être patients pour faire cuir quelque chose). Logement mal isolé, donc on peut entendre assez bien les voisins d’à côté (côté chambre).

Situé à 2 kms du centre d Annecy, il est bien placé car il y a un arrêt de bus juste en bas et un carrefour market.. Assez grand et bien équipé. Une semaine à quatre.
