Just to be aware of the stairs in the building, that there is no elevator but that was the only thing that may be a problem.

Overall a very nice experience

Relatively clean appartment with all amenities at a great price. Very good location. Good communication with the owner

Overwhelming smell of garbage in the corridors and main entrance.very dirty entrance and the door was almost always open. The garbage room was under our appartment door balcony.too many flies and mosquitoes so take some insect repellent with you. Pillows are not comfortable.

Awesome stay in a beautiful location

The location was very convenient, about 2-3 minutes by walk and very close from the train station as well as the bus stop. All the tourist places are walkable from the apartment. The house was super clean and huge enough for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The host was super responsive and always gave us the right recommendations. There is a Tv in the drawing room which was very helpful on rainy days when it was a bit difficult to go out. The area was very safe and the apartment is right in the center of Annecy. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries very close to the apartment. Only the 2 flight of stairs might be an issue for people with mobility issues but we absolutely had no issues. I would surely recommend this place in Annecy. Thanks to the host for making our stay super comfortable.

Excellent value for money and minutes walk from the train station.

Excellent location - 5 minutes walk from the train station.

There was no TV. The front door and the entrance are really bad. They are in a poor state and a single female travelling on her own, I found it a bit scary. The apartment thought is excellent. Pity it is in such a poor building.

Lovely apartment stay in Annecy, close to everything

Location was fabulous, window over street nice, close to everything, shops, restaurants, bus and train station. Handy to have a washing machine, clothes horse and coffee machine. Hosts lovely to communicate with.

Stairs don’t bother us but there are 2 flights. Balcony was closed at time of our stay. Tissues and toiletries would be a nice touch for future guests, plus extra pillows.

Superbe appartement

Très beau appartement, bien propre, je n'ai pas trouvé Bruiant comme dans certain commentaire, très bon emplacement pas loin de la gare routière, boulangerie et petit magasin à proximité. Parking de la poste à côté pour 4 jours j'en ai eu pour 34,60€. Petite attention des proprietaire 😃 lit fait et essuie de bain à disposition. Je reviendrai.

Il manquait un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, comme une louche, un petit couteau de cuisine..

Avons apprécié notre sejour

Logement bien place intérieur agréable même si une fois couché il faut débrancher le lampadaire par la prise car pas de bouton on aurait aimé un grille pain le paquet de gâteaux offert était sympa mais attention date de péremption 11.2024

La façade ns a fait peur en arrivant ainsi quand montant l escalier rempli de cartons des commerçants du marché et les poubelles sur le palier mais ouf bonne impression en rentrant ds l appart

Logement très bien situé : à proximité du Lac (9min), centre ville à deux pas, parking de la poste pour y séjourner qqls jours (une dizaine d'€/jour) Logement propre et bien équipé, pas de nuisances sonores, bien isolé.

La communication avec les propriétaires est facile est agréable. L’appartement est soigneusement entretenu et tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien dés l’arrivée. Localisation idéale. Rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Soggiorno ad Annecy

Della struttura mi è piaciuta la posizione (si raggiunge il centro facilmente a piedi con una passeggiata ed anche un centro commerciale), lo spazio perché era abbastanza ampio come appartamento per due persone e la tv moderna con Netflix (ovviamente log in con il proprio account) e altre piattaforme. Mi è piaciuta anche la luminosità della sala, a pranzo c’era molta luce. Inoltre la cucina aveva la macchinetta del caffè molto comoda e il microonde. I proprietari ci hanno lasciato anche dei biscotti quindi ringraziamo! L’accesso poi è molto facile e si può arrivare anche tardi, noi siamo arrivati verso le 21:30/22.

Qualche giorno prima di arrivare quando già tutto era pagato ci hanno informati che il balcone non era accessibile, questo non mi è piaciuto perché penso andasse specificato prima. Io ho scelto questo appartamento anche per il balcone e, appunto, qualche giorno prima quando ormai tutto era organizzato e pagato scopro che non si può andare sul balcone però se filtri “con balcone” su Booking ti esce tra i risultati come se ci fosse (effettivamente c’è ma non ci si può andare). Inoltre non mi è piaciuta l’entrata al palazzo, è abbastanza inquietante (scale di legno ripide scricchiolanti, immondizia a vista) ma questo ovviamente non dipende dai proprietari, l’appartamento dentro era davvero carino ma ecco il palazzo lascia un po’ a desiderare. Io comunque ci tornerei per i lati positivi detti sopra e poi Annecy è una città molto carina.

Appartement très bien aménagé dans un quartier idéal pour visiter la ville d’Annecy.

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien décoré et aménagé. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le vieil Annecy. Propriétaires très réactifs et arrangeants pour l’heure d’arrivée. Beaucoup d’option de stationnement (payant) à proximité. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons cette adresse.

Les parties communes de l’immeuble sont vétustes et les poubelles des restaurants attenants stockées dans la cour dégagent des odeurs nauséabondes. Tout cela est vite oublié une fois franchi le pas de la porte de l’appartement. La fenêtre donne sur une rue très animée mais l’insonorisation de l’appartement est efficace.

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé à Annecy. Il est parfaitement équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. L’agencement est optimal et l’ensemble est très chaleureux.

Le logement se situe dans une rue animée, où les festivités peuvent se prolonger tard dans la nuit. Si vous laissez la fenêtre ouverte, vous pourriez être dérangé par le bruit. Cependant, l'appartement bénéficie d'une bonne insonorisation, assurant un confort optimal une fois la fenêtre principale fermée.

Séjour pour Pâques

Emplacement idéal centre ville proximité avec les restaurants et cafés les commerces proches du Lac 'ous avons appréciés la situation du logement , le Balcon et actuellement en réparation , hors fonction , l'appartement et grand , nous étions 2 adultes mais il y a un canapé qui fait lit dans une pièce, le ménage et a faire avant le départ pour les occupants.

Le balcon hors service, les 2 étages d'escaliers partie commune hall d'entrée pas entretenu , dommage pas très accueillant

Une chambre est au milieu de l'appartement entre le salon et la salle de bain donc il faut toujours la traverser pour aller aux toilettes ou dans la pièce de vie ce qui est peu pratique et ne laisse pas d intimité.

O aquecimento não estava ligado quando chegámos, percebo que seja para não estar a gastar não estando lá ninguém, mas quando chegámos já passavam das 20h e estavam temperaturas perto de 0ºC e a casa estava fria

Très bel appartement en plein centre ville

Très bel appartement situé en plein centre ville avec tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le parking de La Poste est juste à côté. Nous avons même eu une boîte de gâteaux en cadeau de bienvenue! ☺️

Excelente estancia

El apartamento es muy cómodo, no faltaba nada para una buena estancia, es para quedarse varios días. Incluso nos dejaron café, té, fideos entre otros.Estuvimos muy complacidos: las camas cómodas, artículos de higiene y el apartamento muy limpio.Las indicaciones fueron precisas para poder ingresar. Muy cerca a la estación.

Las escaleras bastante gastadas, hay que tener cuidado al subir. La entrada al apartamento colinda con un patio( en el primer piso) que es el depósito de los basureros.

Logement propre, confortable, bien équipé (tv, internet, sèche cheveux, machine à laver, micro-ondes, frigo, nécessaires de ménage..), bien décoré. Localisation au top : proche gare donc très pratique quand on arrive en train, et à deux pas de l’hypercentre. Commerces et boutiques dans la rue.

Une petite lampe de chevet aurait été la bienvenue dans la chambre. Mais sinon tout est ok
