Amazing location near the old town of Annecy in easy walking distance of the lake
Not the fault of the property owner but parking is very difficult and expensive, as is going anywhere in the car - so tricky to navigate the roads and traffic.

This apartment is very central and only a few minutes from the lake. There is paid for parking nearby in a public garage. The living area was large and comfortable.
It was vey hot and there is no air conditioning. This meant the windiws were kept open at night which was far from ideal. The balcony was quite dirty andneeds a good clean.
