Le Royal 4 - Apartment for 4 people in the city center

Appartamento moderno spazioso e ben accessoriato. Ottima posizione

This apartment was wonderfully located right in the heart of Annecy. Within easy walking distance of the lake and all the city amenities. Great cafes, supermarket, markets and scenery within few minutes walk. Communication with the agent was terrific, instructions to access the property were clear and correct. The apartment is large, airy and fully equipped. The bedding and towels clean and fresh. Our stay was only 2 nights, we did not spend much time in the property as the area is so vast, pretty and worth staying outside to explore. We were delighted to have our request for early access permitted, lovely.

The kitchen and living area would benefit from some care and refreshing. The kitchen oven (which we did not need to use) could have been cleaner. Some minor details to housekeeping would have earned this property a better review, however this is very subjective depending on what is observed by the guest. We would have appreciated a local map, local information (dining out recommendations, market days, location of local supermarket etc) and a small welcome pack to help us settle in without having to find a shop on arrival.
