The location was good Margaret the caretaker was very helpful. It's a lovely flat nicely decorated. But
The bed needs a new mattress the springs have gone it's lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower pressure is very poor, I have long hair thick hair and with the smallest of shampoo it took ages to get the soap out. They need to reassess their towels the bath towel would only go round a size 10 female I am a size 16 and the towel did not meet around me, I have long hair and the hand towel was not big enough to cover it after washing it.

A really clean property, the housekeeper takes good care of it and it was lovely and warm. The location is perfect and parking was easy.
The kitchen has an oven and a microwave but no crockery suitable to cook in either (fortunately we had brought a pyrex dish and lid from home). The bathroom would benefit from some storage or shelving for toiletries.

Beautiful little apartment , location is ideal , close to everything, spotless ..
Windows the draft was horrendous.ideally a list and instruction booklet would be great .. List of items for their benefit as well as customers .
Also they could do with an Extra thick blanket.
Fixing the window with insulation tape would save on the heating ..
Also extensión rods in front of the windows with curtains to the floor , would help with heating ,they have blinds that do not cover the windows , just very simple things would be beneficial to them as well as customers. A fold back screen in the bathroom would be brilliant instead of the glass panel that bangs against the sink ..
The freezer needs aired ..
