Świetna lokalizacja w podwórzu co powoduje, że jest cicho mimo, że brama wychodzi na słynny Monciak w Sopocie. Dostępny parking podziemny. Winda. Duży metraż apartamentu - 2 sypialnie salon z kuchnią, duza łazienka i bardzo duży przedpokój. Wejście na kod i klucze w skrytce. Czysto i przestronnie. Dostępne WiFi. Obsługa reagowała na bieżąco na pytania.
Apartament zaniedbany jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie. Rozstrojony telewizor. Szafa zagracona popsutymi sprzętami np. zepsuta deska do prasowania, jakieś deski itp. Zepsuty kran w łazience. Brak zasłon w salonie i kuchni. Mało kompetentna obsługa - otrzymałem informację, że parking jest niedostępny, a okazało się, że przy kluczach mam pilot do bramy garażu podziemnego. Kiedy bookowałem w ofercie był parking. Na szczęście ostatecznie mogłem zaparkować w tym garażu, ale kolejnego dnia co kosztowało mnie dużo czasu i energii z przeparkowywaniem auta. Brakowało rzetelnej informacji odnośnie parkingu i konkretnych wskazówek dotyczących dojazdu autem.
