Pleasant stay in a very practical nice place

The apartment is perfect for a single or couple visiting Sopot. The location could not be any better and access was easy . Their is a practical kitchenette to cook with all the necessary kitchen cutlery and basics like tea & coffee

The property looked very well with a slight Edwardian decor . The large and beautiful couch might have been a bit too big for the room and perhaps a smaller one world be suffice . Unfortunately on this occasion the access road was been upgraded and the footpaths to the main door were gone . When we were leaving it was hilarious as a large digger was operating so close to the door we we unable to exit but fortunately found a way out the back exit instead. There is of course nothing that Sea Soil could do about that so I reckon from about February 2026 the should be a brand new access road to the apartment . Wheelchair users avoid in the meantime!

Location both the best and worst of the stay

The location is great, very near the beach and on the main street of Sopot. However, the location was also it's downfall during the weekend, it was very noisy all night long. Bring earplugs. Very clean and access to a refrigerator and coffee etc.

The only thing was the noise during the weekend. It felt like being at the party. Thankfully we had earplugs so we could sleep.

Exceptional

Service is much higher than I would expect from this kind of housing. Owners were incredibly helpful and friendly and always emphasizing that we had free access to coffee, water etc, including after checkout. Also very good location, close to both the beach and mainstreet and only a few minutes from the train to Gdynia or Gdansk.

The best place to stay in wonderful Sopot

The apartment is round the corner from the main strip in Sopot and next door to one of the best tapas bars in the world! You're on the beach in five minutes. The hosts Radek and Kamila could not do more to make you comfortable and welcome to Sopot. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the late night/early morning fridge is a welcome bonus! And has plenty of spoons! We will definitely be back.

Perfect location with the most genuine host Radek that really took his time for us and to recommend restaurants, things to do and he was always available via sms for any questions. You can't live any closer to city centre and the beach only 2 min away. Quiet, nice clean rooms and comfortable bed. Water, tea and coffe available for all guests at all time 👍🏻 Amanda & Rickard

I rarely leave reviews, but this place is one of those exceptions. The staff go that extra mile. Very friendly, understanding and accommodating to every request. While also making you feel at home and giving you complete privacy. The apartments are in the heart of Sopot but also very quiet. Comfortable, and very elegant decor in the apartments. I even asked them 2 weeks later about the mattress they have, and they sent me links and helped me find it. This place is worth every penny, you'll come away feeling better.

Nigdy wiecej w takim miejscu!!!

Nieprzyjemny zapach na samym wejściu do apartamentu pochodzący z toalety. Brak wody w muszli klozetowej i zaschnięty na dnie zużyty papier toaletowy z pewnością były powodem nieprzyjemnego zapachu ale i nie tylko to. Zapach pochodził również z odpływu prysznicowego a sama rozpadająca się kabina prysznicowa także pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Zdjęcia apartamentów widoczne w ofercie wyglądają świetnie natomiast na żadnym z nich nie ma apartamentu w którym byłem. Nie polecam i stanowczo odradzam pobyt w tym obiekcie!!!

Piękny apartament w samym centrum Sopotu, wszędzie blisko. Chętnie wrócę jeszcze raz.

Wszystko mi się podobało, jednak jeśli ktoś szuka ciszy to należy wziąć pod uwagę, że jest to ścisłe centrum a więc nawet nocami tętni tu życie. Jeden mały minus to fakt, że czasem czuć z kanalizacji.

Bardzo fajny apartament w super lokalizacji.

Apartament bardzo ładny, czysty i w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji, blisko Monciaka ale jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie.

Jedynym malutkim minusem może być ale nie musi, kuchnia na zewnątrz apartamentu, ogólna dostępna na cztery apartamenty. Nam tym razem akurat nie sprawiało to problemu bo nie robiliśmy w ogóle jedzenia.
