My booking of the Apartment Penthouse with balcony was confirmed on the 8th of March 2023. Just 24 h prior to the check-in day a Baltica Apartments employee called me and told that the Apartment Penthouse was not available for me. It was rented to someone else and she offered to arrange an other apartment in the same building on Monte Cassino 51. I got an impression from the person who called me that this mess was caused by Booking com . I have hard to believe that Booking changes a confirmed reservation on its own initiative, or do you? I think it's important that you, Booking com , clarifies this issue a.s.a.p with Baltica Apartments in Sopot. What now happened is not good for the business - either for yours or Baltica Apartments'. This harms your reputation as a trustworthy partner. However, I accepted the apartment which was offered in place of Apartment Penthouse hence it was quite impossible for me to make own arrangements /find an other place to stay on so very short notice. I'm looking forward your reply on this matter!

Stylish apartment in the very heart of Sopot

Very stylish and spacious. I really loved the appartement itself. It seems quite new and well equipped as well. Very friendly and customer oriented resident who welcomes the guests and picks up the keys. Very punctual which I appreciated. The appartement is located in very heart of Sopot. You need approx. 5 minutes to the "Molo" and 7 mins to the closest (not the nicest) beach. And only 8 mins walk from the train station which was a perfect location for us.

Too many contact persons involved and a little confusion by check-in. However it's to note that the resident was super friendly and customer oriented. The restaurants in front of the appartement open on weekends till 3 AM and despite of the noise isolated windows one can hear the noises. The washing machine did not work for me. The Coffee Maschine is "Filterkaffee"- no espressos possible however I admit this is definitely a subjective taste. It's more "good to know" that a minus. The Internet was pretty poor and losing connection. No video conferences were possible. One needs to sign extra rental contract after paying. Nothing complicated but I admit I haven't experienced it yet in any other rentals via booking.com so I was a bit surprised.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, piękny, czyściutki apartament, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. A lokalizacja - rewelacja 😁 Duży plus za miejsce parkingowe. Polecam i mam nadzieję że jeszcze tu wrócimy 💁

Wspomnienia z Monciaka .

Apartament spełnia wszystkie wymogi.

Bliskość lokalu na wprost w którym odbywają się całonocne imprezy. Przy otwartych oknach w nocy hałas jest uciążliwy.. Na szczęście można zamknąć okna bo apartament posiada klimatyzację i to rekompensuje tą niedogodność.
