Perfect location but a little bit "shaby"

too soft bed in the bedroom one sofa too small for a 170+ tall person to sleep on Not suitable for 4 people for longer stays disgusting shower head which was not clened for ages(photo enclosed) the photos on booking are not all from the rented appartment! they show some different location

Spacious flats, well equipped, great location, nice design and fantastic info provided ahead of reaching accommodation that let us find out ways with zero issues as we reached it

The bathrooms were not cleaned to our expectations, toilet brush needs exchanging and balcony ashtray was left full with trash

Good stay in a very nice location.

Really nice location, big apartment. Worked well for two families with small kids. Good value for money. The host was always reachable, kudos for that.

If you come by two cars please make sure to find another spot in the city, since only 1 underground parking spot (luckily the host would recommend not expensive parking close by). Another disadvantage were the mattresses. They were too soft and used. We didn’t feel like had a good sleep. Thus, do not recommend for a long stay.

Location very good. A lot of space in appartment, very clean bathroom.

Double bad was to narrow for two adults, one needed to sleep on the sofa in common room. But host was very helpful: supplied extra mattress and sheets. Also problem during our stay was very loud constructions works in the next house from 7 a.m. :(

location superb, communication excellent, very spacious. they let us stay on sunday for as long as we wanted which was great as the return flight wasn't until the evening

english and or german tv channels would have been nice but really nothing to moan about.

spacious, modern apartment in great location

Fantastic location, couple of meters to the main street and just few minutes stroll to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent. Property access instructions given by email were clear and easy to follow. Check out process, the same. Easy. The place is in gated estate with secure underground parking space (!). The apartment is modern, spacious and in great condition. There is a nice living area, comfy sofa, large dining table, TV, etc. All you need. In real it looks as good as on the pictures. Highly recommended.

everything was perfect. It could be a little bit cheaper maybe? However the standard was high so, the price seem to be justified here.

To mój kolejny pobyt w Sopocie i jak zawsze bardzo udany. Wróce tutaj ponownie za rok..

Lokalizacja doskonała. Cicho i spokojnie.Blisko molo, plaża bardzo czysta. Sklep spożywczy świetnie zaopatrzony blisko. Świeże, smaczne ryby wędzone w sklepie położonym w niewielkiej odległości. Dworzec też w pobliżu.

Kontakt z właścicielem, łatwy dostęp, super lokalizacja. Duża przestrzeń salonu i kuchni do spędzania czasu w grupie. Leżaki na plażę. Przestronna na łazienka wyposażona w wszystko co potrzbene.

Na meblach widać już zużycie, wypadło by juz pomyśleć o wymianie co niektórych, np. Krzesła w salonie. Mała ilość zastawy typu szklanki żeby nalać piwo, czy zrobić parę drinków w takim samym szkle. Puste półki i gabloty bez jakich kolwiek ozdób, co dawało poczucie opuszczonego mieszkania.

W mieszkaniu było dosyć chłodno oczywiście podgrzaliśmy pokoje klimatyzacja jednak pierwsze wejście i awaria ciepłej wody która oczywiście nie była winą gospodarza spowodowała nieprzyjemne odczucie
