Great location with reasonable facilities, but an inadequate and unpleasant room.

The location was perfect: near the main areas, but far enough back from the street that it wasn't noisy. We would have enjoyed the balcony more if the weather had been better.

The room (no. 5) was musty and the bathroom smelled strongly of mould. There was a gap outside the shower surround, and it seemed water had leaked under the shower. The mould smell was so strong we had to keep the bathroom door and exterior window open to air it out, but even so it was still there after 4 days. The shower hot water pressure was completely inedequate, and the toilet seat was broken. The carpet in the room was very old and stained, and the fridge leaked water so that the carpet around it also became damp and we had to dry it out. The entryway to the building was decrepit and the stairs and banisters were rickety and unsafe. The whole property badly needs some modernization and repairs.

The location is both great and terrible: From the hotel door you practically fall into Monte Cassino street and can walk to the beach in a few minutes. A bakery and dozens of restaurants are nearby...

...this also means that your nights might be noisy, as ours were. Also the house is ramshackle, the hotel itself has no sign. The beds were soft as it gets. The room was tiny and dark. When we asked the receptionist (who might or might not be there) to change our towels, the reply was "Actually we don't do it" (yet made an exception). The room wasn't made up once in during our three day stay. Considering the price tag of this property, it is disappointing to say the least.

The location was great

The smell in the room was bad, and the shower was not working, so we didn’t get a chance to take a shower for almost 2 days. Luckily they let us in the other room

Perfect for a short stay

Everything was like in the photos and the hotel met my expectations. What made this stay exceptional was the receptionist Ola's positive attitude and ability to handle everything her way. I had a couple of requests which were acceded to without hesitation, and her restaurant recommendations were top notch (despite being a Sopot regular myself). Hotel was an 8 but Ola made it a 10! Thanks for everything and I will be back :D

Location was perfect, you walk out straight into the center, restaurant etc on your door step and beach <5min walk.

No breakfast however as you walk out theres a brilliant bakery right next door which i preferred to the ‘traditional’ hotel breakfasts

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely arranged. The hotel accommodated my request for a crib and early check-in. The bed was comfortable and the large shower was relaxing after a day at the beach. The apartment was centrally located.

As our stay was over the weekend, the noise and partying outside made it challenging to get a good sleep.

Chwilę po Monciaku ...

Nocleg we wspaniałej lokalizacji,w samym środku Monciaka .Pokoj schludny ,choć czulam się jakby czas zatrzymał sie w latach 90.Ogolnie bez zastrzeżeń, pościel czysta ,ręczniki rowniez a cena bardzo niska.Czegóż chcieć. Herbata i czajnik w pokoju.Polecam

Pierwszy raz spotkałam sie z łazienką ,w której prysznic ma sama deszczownice.Meble bardzo zużyte ,kwalifikują sie juz do wymiany.Kuchnia do gruntownego remontu.

Kamienica w fatalnym stanie technicznym, do remontu generalnego. Sam pokój w złym stanie. NIE POLECAM! - Materac zużyty, dziura w materacu, co powoduje "zapadanie się" do środka materaca i krzywo się śpi, może boleć kręgosłup, materac do wymiany koniecznie, niech właściciel mieszkania położy się na tym materacu i zobaczy za co bierze niemałe pieniądze od gości, materac przy wynajmie jest podstawą i jak się zużyje należy go wymienić! - Jest tylko deszczownica, nie wszyscy lubią gdy im się woda leje na twarz, trudno umyć kobiecie długie włosy, powinna być opcjonalnie słuchawka prysznicowa lub JASNA informacja na bookingu - W łazience śmierdzi kanalizacją i nawet spuszczenie wody pod prysznicem, czy w umywalce nie pomogło - Pokój ciemny, okna na dziedziniec a przez brak firanek zasłony musiały być cały czas zasłonięte - Światło w pokoju ciemne, część lamp nie działała; - Wykładzina dywanowa, łatwiej utrzymać czystość przy panelach winylowych czy płytkach - BŁĘDY W OPISIE NA BOOKING - celowe wprowadzenie konsumentów w błąd: nie działa klimatyzacja i telewizor, nie można przełączać kanałów, sejf jest, lecz zablokowany, - Zacinający się zamek do drzwi od pokoju, problem z zamknięciem i otwarciem - drzwi wejściowe nie domykają się
