Great place to stay, but it has some problems
Great location! Right in the Monte Cassino (main) street. 5-10 min walk to the beach. Very spacious and clean apartment, comfortable beds. Also, you get 2 parking spaces in the backyard, so that’s a big advantage considering the apartment is right in the city center:)
They mention that there is air conditioning, but it DOES NOT work. When asked, I was given an answer that it’s like that due to “tenant regulations”… I’m glad that it wasn’t as hot when we were staying, but if you are planning to come when it’s +30 degrees outside, then expect heat considering the apartment is situated in the “attic” (4th floor). Also, expect some noise coming from bars and restaurants in the street. The check-in process is not ideal either, because you have to come and pick up the key from their office which is situated near the train station (not a lot of place to park your car).

Perfect location, really clean and modern apartment. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, really spacious. Also a really pretty bathroom.
The bathroom itself is beautifull, but the water was leaking from the shower. And also the warm water was not stable in the shower.

+ lokalizacja tuż przy głównej ulicy + bardzo duże mieszkanie, idealne na pobyt dla grupy + pokoje dobrze urządzone, szafy, krzesła, komody w każdym pokoju, środki czystości itd + bardzo duża łazienka, ogrzewanie podłogowe + miły gest w postaci udekorowanego mieszkania na okres świąteczny (choinka, stroik, łańcuchy) + bardzo miła obsługa, super kontakt + miejsca parkingowe pod budynkiem na prywatnym podwórku
- momentami w mieszkaniu było zimno, grzejniki stawały się czasem letnie (grzejnik elektryczny podratował sprawę) - wysokie trzecie piętro bez windy, duże stopnie na schodach (dla nas w porządku, ale warto mieć na uwadze) - uszkodzona deska do prasowania :) - miejscami krzywa podłoga, lub wysoki próg (łatwo można się potknąć) - kanapa w salonie nie należy do najwygodniejszych do spania

Leilighet og beliggenhet svært bra.
Fin og lys leilighet med perfekt beliggenhet midt i gågata - nært alle fasiliteter.
Vi fikk kun 1 håndkle pr. person på en hel uke. Ringte og etterspurte og ble lovt håndklær men fikk ikke. Takvinduer som ikke lot seg åpne. Ble tidlig lyst på morgenen og mye støy fra gata på natta inn på soverommene. Mange trapper opp til 5 etg.
