One of my best stay in Poland 🇵🇱

Everything about our stay in this hotel in Sopot was perfect. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-organized. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We truly felt welcomed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended!

Sopot Sentoza is Superb!

The staff at the Sentoza were absolutely first class - friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Marcin on reception who gave us a most welcome greeting and offered many suggestions to make our stay go smoothly. Breakfast was excellent - a great choice of hot and cold items all served in a most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The facility to leave luggage for a while after check out was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel was ideal for the town centre, train station, beach and the Ergo Arena.

Staff very nice, great breakfast, excellent location for beach or bicyle hire.

The lack of aircon in the room is noticeable, depsite the two room fans. It's a small thing for some, but the curtains are thin and they didn't keep the light out, meaning waking up at 5am to a very bright and warm room.

Nice spot in Sooot

Very nice place. Free parking. Top location - few steps from the sea and 12 -15 min walking to the Molo. Nice room, big and comfortable bed, balcony with 2 chairs, there is also working zone if you need to work a little bit while traveling. Breakfast is great. Restaurant is very beautiful in the evening, nice terrace.

Actually I loved everything about this place, the only one thing - late check in - at 3 pm, but it seems common thing in Sopot. And a coffee for breakfast - its instant coffee.

The place great - 3-5 minutes to the beach, great breakfast - fresh, tasty and the best quality, staff really helpfull and kind! Free parking for the guests - it is big advantage. Really good *** hotel.

Double big bed made from two beds in our room, so it isn’t very comfortable in this way. There is no air condition in the rooms - for us it wasn’t a problem, but it is important

Very small standard room on the 3rd floor under the roof without air conditioning. When an outside temperature was 20 degrees, it was in the room over 30 degrees. It was necessary to have a permanently open balcony, there was noise from the street Worn equipment: - Non-functional ventilation from the bathroom and toilet! It is necessary to ventilate through an open balcony - Damaged shower door, poorly draining sink... All was reported at reception The hotel does not clean the rooms! When we asked the reception why the room wasn't cleaned during the whole day, they told us that they don't have people and cleaning on request.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious with home made breads. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
