Very clean and looks very recently updated. Great blend of old 1877 meets new.

I loved the place, I only mention stairs as they are traditional Dutch stairs that may be steep for mobility issues. No problem for me.

Their hospitality and attention to detail have truly made this experience exceptional. The comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the B&B provided a serene retreat throughout our stay. The well-appointed rooms were immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast prepared by Marc and Gerda. Each morning, we were treated to a sumptuous spread that included a variety of freshly baked goods, local specialties, and a range of options to suit every palate. The traditional Limburg vlaai that welcomed us on our first day was an absolute delight and a true reflection of the care and pride the owners take in showcasing their local culture. Marc and Gerda's attention to every detail, their warm conversations, and the personal touches they added to our stay truly made it memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Additionally, Eigenheimer B&B offers convenient amenities that add to the overall experience. The large private car park provided us with peace of mind knowing that our car was safe and secure, all without any extra cost. For those passionate about cycling, the B&B's large cellar is a fantastic feature. We were able to park our racing bikes overnight, knowing they were well taken care of. I can wholeheartedly recommend Eigenheimer B&B to anyone seeking a charming and welcoming getaway in the heart of Limburg. Marc and Gerda's genuine hospitality, combined with the cozy ambiance, delectable breakfast, and thoughtful amenities, make this B&B a hidden gem that I would rate 10/10 without hesitation. Comfortable stay in a charming renovated house

Beautifully recently renovated charming B&B with very comfortable rooms, good beds and airco. Quiet environment at walking distance from restaurants. Located close to beautiful walks, culture, good restaurants and 20 km from Maastricht. The owners are super friendly and supportive.

There is a nice terrace, however no garden

Amazing place to stay!

We loved everything about this place! Gerda and Marc welcomed us with delicious vlaai and coffee. The rooms were spotless clean and had one of the comfiest beds we have ever had outside our house 😄 The interior of the B&B was also very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and had everything you could ask for. We loved it and will definitely come back!

This charming B&B is our new favorite place in Limburg.

The whole place is very comfortable and welcoming. the room was lovely, beds were comfortable, shower was fantastic and the outdoor terrace has a marvelous view. The area is beautiful. The breakfast was above and beyond good.

Wir kommen gern wieder!

Gerda und Marc sind zwei Gastgeber, die sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste kümmern. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer komfortabel. Das Frühstück liebevoll serviert und ausreichend.

Super vriendelijke eigenaren, een warm ontvangst met heerlijke vla en koffie. Prachtig pand, wat heel mooi is afgewerkt en een heerlijk ontbijt.

Jammer dat er voor in de vroege morgen een klein koffiezet apparaatje ontbrak op de kamer, wat je eigenlijk wel verwacht op een Luxe kamer.

Fantastisch verblijf!

Prachtig pand, goede parkeer gelegenheid voor auto en fietsen, zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, fantastisch ontbijt, mooie kamer en alles schoon. En dat centraal in zuid Limburg. Een paar dagen genoten van de Limburgse gastvrijheid. Alles top dus

Subliem en voor herhaling vatbaar.

De ontvangst was warm en subliem. De gastheer maakte tijd voor een uitnodigende babbel en gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accomodatie en omgeving. Hierbij wachtte hij ons op met een drankje en lekkernij. Gedurende ons hele verblijf was diezelfde warmte en gezelligheid aanwezig. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, uitgebreid en verzorgd. Elke dag zaten er andere insteken in het ontbijt. De kamers waren ruim genoeg, mooi, proper en goede bedden.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Ganz liebevoll zusammengestellt und serviert. Jeden Tag gab es eine zusätzliche Kleinigkeit ( ich möchte nur die armen Ritter erwähnen, köstlich!) . Ein sehr gelungener Start in den Tag!

Die Beleuchtung am Badezimmerspiegel! Zum Schminken wäre eine zusätzliche Lichtquelle nicht schlecht gewesen.

Fantastisch!

Het was echt fantastisch! Wat een mooie B&B, super mooi aangekleed! Marc en Gerda zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en we werden warm ontvangen met een heerlijke bak koffie en een stuk echte Limburgse vlaai! Het ontbijt was heerlijk, de koffie, de bedden, alles! Zo'n mooie kamer, super schoon, alles was fantastisch. Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid, wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Absoluut de moeite waard om te verblijven

Het warme onthaal bij het inchecken. De communicatie vanuit de B&B mbt parkeren etc was duidelijk en vriendelijk van toon. De kamer voortreffelijk, super schoon en tot in de puntjes af. Het ontbijt was groots en ontzettend veel keuze. Elke dag was er een andere verassing te vinden op de etagere vol lekkers.

Het was een top b&b met de perfecte gastheer/gastvrouw die altijd paraat staat om je verblijf meer dan zo goed mogelijk te maken. Prima gevarieerd ontbijt, gelegen aan een oude "Miljoenen"spoorlijn nog in werking. Top kamer

Uiterst hartelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Geweldig ontbijt, met iedere ochtend een warme verrassing als extraatje. Goed bed. De kamer was ruim, en goed geïsoleerd qua geluid. Op de begane grond was een leuke huiskamer met koffie en thee. De B&B staat in een rustige omgeving

Formidabel

Alles! De B&B is prachtig. Er word vanaf aankomst tot vertrek alles aan gedaan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Met Limburgse vlaai bij aankomt, een kleine attentie dagelijks en een voortreffelijk ontbijt is het een heerlijk verblijf. Gerda en Marc zijn een hele fijne gastvrouw en gastheer die met iedereen een praatje maken en tips voor een dagje weg of lekkere lunch hebben. Kortom het ontbreekt je aan niets.
