Thank you for the warmth welcome. We enjoyed our stays, especially the breakfast, and the bed. Everything is above of all we had expected.

Very clean and looks very recently updated. Great blend of old 1877 meets new.

I loved the place, I only mention stairs as they are traditional Dutch stairs that may be steep for mobility issues. No problem for me.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast prepared by Marc and Gerda. Each morning, we were treated to a sumptuous spread that included a variety of freshly baked goods, local specialties, and a range of options to suit every palate. The traditional Limburg vlaai that welcomed us on our first day was an absolute delight and a true reflection of the care and pride the owners take in showcasing their local culture. Marc and Gerda's attention to every detail, their warm conversations, and the personal touches they added to our stay truly made it memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Additionally, Eigenheimer B&B offers convenient amenities that add to the overall experience. The large private car park provided us with peace of mind knowing that our car was safe and secure, all without any extra cost. For those passionate about cycling, the B&B's large cellar is a fantastic feature. We were able to park our racing bikes overnight, knowing they were well taken care of. I can wholeheartedly recommend Eigenheimer B&B to anyone seeking a charming and welcoming getaway in the heart of Limburg. Marc and Gerda's genuine hospitality, combined with the cozy ambiance, delectable breakfast, and thoughtful amenities, make this B&B a hidden gem that I would rate 10/10 without hesitation. Awesome stay, the place is clean, quiet, and the food is great. Marc and Gelda were very hospitable and helpful.

Hebben genoten was perfect

Beautifully recently renovated charming B&B with very comfortable rooms, good beds and airco. Quiet environment at walking distance from restaurants. Located close to beautiful walks, culture, good restaurants and 20 km from Maastricht. The owners are super friendly and supportive.

There is a nice terrace, however no garden

We loved everything about this place! Gerda and Marc welcomed us with delicious vlaai and coffee. The rooms were spotless clean and had one of the comfiest beds we have ever had outside our house 😄 The interior of the B&B was also very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and had everything you could ask for. We loved it and will definitely come back!

The whole place is very comfortable and welcoming. the room was lovely, beds were comfortable, shower was fantastic and the outdoor terrace has a marvelous view. The area is beautiful. The breakfast was above and beyond good.

No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels 😅
