The apartment is small but well-equipped; nothing is missing. The bed is comfortable, it is spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is fully usable. The location for visiting the city is perfect.
The problem with this apartment is communication with the owners. I had a reservation for two nights, and when I arrived, I found only one towel per person—intended to be used for drying feet, backside, and face alike. I sent multiple messages asking for an extra towel starting that very evening; they replied late and with evasive messages, without offering any solution to my problem. I had also contacted them in the days prior to ask for information and help regarding parking, but they didn't even reply.
