About this apartment rental
Spacious split-level apartment in Girona’s historic centre, near the old city wall, cathedral, gardens, and charming streets. On the ground floor of a renovated building, it has an open layout and sleeps up to 5 guests. The three bedrooms are open (no doors), offering limited privacy. Two are on a slightly higher level, along with the bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink; the third is on a lower level. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences, and the large living room includes a comfortable sofa, extendable dining table, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Ideal for those who value space, location, and a unique layout, just steps from Girona’s historic highlights.
The split level apartment has a special and open layout. It is located on the ground floor, but using stairs is inevitable in the apartment. As you can see on the pictures, the apartment is divided into 3 levels. Furthermore, there is a completely open layout and the bedrooms are not real rooms. They are not lockable and therefore offer little privacy. Furthermore, there is only one bathroom (with toilet and shower) and no second toilet.
The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you’ll receive access to your personal Bravissimo App with parking information and smart lock check-in instructions (self check-in). While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Tourist tax not included (applies to guests aged 16+, up to 7 nights).

We stayed a month in this unit which was not set up for a month-long stay. It would be a fine place for several days but if you want a longer experience I’d suggest you discuss this in advance with Bravissimo. They have many other options for long term stays. We purchased several item to make our stay more pleasurable. The management was extremely helpful with all our requests.

Over our stay we were able to easily walk 0.5-2 mile max to fútbol stadium or take a bus to many if the sights. Floor plan works well if all have similar sleeping schedule. Beds comfortable. The apartment had all the needs of making food in the apartment, and washing and hang drying clothes. It was a very confortable stay.

Clean, quiet, stylish, comfortable, secure, well-equipped, and in a perfect location for experiencing the old city. Staff were kind and attentive. I've got nothing but compliments for this place!! Perfect for our group of four adults.
