This welcoming apartment on the 4th floor combines modern comforts with the charm of a historic location, making it the perfect retreat for couples, families, or small groups. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the bathroom includes a refreshing shower. Air conditioning and WiFi ensure your stay is comfortable and connected.
Please note that the building does not have a lift, and the stairs are narrow, steep, and high, making it very difficult to bring bikes upstairs. However, the effort is rewarded by stunning views over the colorful houses lining the river. From here, you are within walking distance of Girona’s landmarks, artisan shops, and renowned restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you’ll receive access to your personal Bravissimo App with parking information and smart lock check-in instructions (self check-in). While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Tourist tax not included (applies to guests aged 16+, up to 7 nights).
A surcharge applies for reservations with pets. The owner is responsible for the animal, must respect the neighbors, and the animal must not be left unattended in the apartment.
