Bravissimo Auriga, Old town retreat

The location was great, the apartment is small but had everything needed, the fans were great, the staff were amazing and so so helpful

The stair case is not suitable for those traveling with babies, it’s extremely narrow if you have a push chair to take up and down it’s not easy at all. The access to the main door requires signal to open it so you need to connect to the WiFi the first time as the signal is patchy. There was too much information on the link that was shared the day before the stay, including that we needed to request bedding for the sofa bed which is the reason we booked that property. There was no tea bags or anything like that, there is a Spar supermarket a short walk away.

wonderful location and a very comfortable stay

difficult to get in the first time. but the response from the service staff was kind and quick. Washing machine was unable to use. It had a drainage issue. Again... service response was quick.
