Everything, great room, staff and location.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hygiene and cleanliness of the room and spa is also at an enviable level. Friendly staff. It’s great that the spa in the evening is for adults only.
The only thing that has never happened to me in a hotel of that rank is that the air conditioner cannot be set to heat. Since the temperature outside had dropped, it was quite cold in the room during day and night.

Excellent central location right on the main pedestrian street
Everything was within walking distance.
The rooms were spacious with a good, clean bathroom.
Staff service was good and helpful throughout our stay.
Parking was charged separately at €10, which felt like an unnecessary extra given the room rate.
The mattresses were not very comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing and could use improvement. The dining area had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Overall, not ideally suited for families.
