Excellent location, spacious rooms, high-quality materials, a very good breakfast, and convenient parking.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful, although not always perfectly trained. That said, this is only a very minor observation.

Great and comfortable room with great beds and overall great facilities.
The spa center is not too big but good for the size of the hotel
I was charged for parking even though there was no parking space at the hotel so they moved my car to a partner hotel far away. There was no balcony at the room.

We stayed in this hotel mid October. The location of the hotel is great, in the very center of the town right next to the park. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need for a great stay. I stayed in larger hotels in this same town before, and what I liked in this hotel is that its smaller and even though it was full, it didn't felt crowded. The spa and the pool are small, significantly smaller than other hotels I've been in the past, but what I liked really much is that they are closed for external people. In bigger hotels people that are not staying in the hotel are allowed to use the pool and spa for a daily fee, which creates crowds and noise... that was not the case here and we enjoyed relaxing. The breakfast was great, and they offer free parking for guests staying more than 2 nights.
The restaurant in the hotel is very good, and they are organizing events for dinner (piano nights, etc) so you don't have to go elsewhere unless you want.
The pool and the spa are much smaller than they look in the pictures. The spa is missing some facilities that you'd find elsewhere (steam baths, cold plunges, different sauna types, external pool).
The fitness is 2x3m room, and it only had treadmill, elliptical and few weights :)
