One of the coziest places we’ve ever stayed at! Rooms are very clean and recently renovated. Despite looking at the promenade, it was quiet during the day with windows closed and in general no noise during nights, with blackout curtains doing its job to keep it dark. The heating worked perfectly so we could walk in tshirts in our room, opening a window if needed. We came off peak season so could enjoy a great spa at the upper floor twice without any problems with booking (2 saunas, jacuzzi, hot stones and cold shower avail), and I also enjoyed a bathtub in room three times (the main reason I chose this room:))). Breakfasts are worth the price: the classic Emilia breakfast with 2 eggs and lots of meat does the job:)

Location - probably best in town. Great view on the autumn river and the park. Everything is nearby.
The rooms are great, very interesting architecture of the old villa and modern comfort of high standards. High quality materials, good bed, nice spa with sauna, jacuzzi and hammam. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Interesting Serbian breakfast is served in the bistro downstairs, there are several varieties.
My favourite room is 201 next to spa, spacious and charming geometry of the ceiling. But the ones on the first floor have really lovely balconies.
Smell of cigarettes in the corridor (probably comes through the doors of the bistro), sometimes smell of food in the room next to spa.
Time in spa needs to be booked in advance - sadly we missed it once.
Unclear how much coffee, juice and other drinks are included in the breakfast.

The villa is located directly on the Promenade in Vrnjacka Banja. It has it's own parking, which is always a huge plus when you are stationed in the center of the town. The staff is very friendly and kind. The rooms are spacious, super clean and with a modern interior. We loved the windows in ours (no.107), and the view on the Promenade. The room has great sound isolation.
In the price there was an hour of spa included in which we enjoyed a lot, huge plus that you make a reservation and you have the space for yourself in that hour, so you really have peace and quiet and privacy.
Two of the blindfolds in our room were broken. The room was too hot, even though we turned the heating off, and sleeping with open windows is problematic due to the noises outside (a very loud music from the restaurant next to the hotel, a leaf blower right under our window at 6 AM on a Sunday.)
The breakfast was moderate at best. It was à la carte, but with just a few choices (no omelette even), with just one drink included, which didn't even include espresso, just Turkish coffee, and a bit tough for vegetarians to find an option that does not include some form of meat. Also the ones we took, had a bit poor quality of ingredients, so for the price of the stay, it's better to go breakfast free, and just go eat somewhere. The food in the restaurant is not the best as well, so keep that in mind.
It would be nice to have a staff member in the spa to welcome you and show you around.
