We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and we really enjoyed the spa, which was lovely and relaxing. The hotel’s location is great—close to the city center and nearby parks. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and we appreciated the quality of the food.
On the downside, our room was uncomfortably warm as the heating couldn’t be turned off, and we noticed a few insects in the bathroom. During our visit, the hotel felt quite crowded, making it difficult to find space in the spa and at the dining areas for breakfast and dinner.

1. Access to the SPA area for children is allowed only until 8 PM. Since the hotel positions itself as family-friendly, it would make sense to allow children to stay later when accompanied by adults. Also, access to the hammam and sauna is completely forbidden for children under 16, which feels quite strange. This is something guests should be aware of before booking.
2. Parking is charged at 800 dinars per day. With the room rates, parking could easily be complimentary.
3. In the SPA area, I injured my foot in the jacuzzi, not even sure on what. Guests should be careful.
4. The staff in the SPA area were not very welcoming.

Breakfast is very good , and both the restaurant and bar deserve high praise. The restaurant staff are extremely courteous and attentive, providing excellent service. The à la carte menu offers outstanding dishes.
We booked a double room with a joined bed, but were given one with twin beds instead. It took two complaints to the reception and a considerable wait before the beds were finally joined. The spa area was extremely noisy, filled with children during hours not designated for them. Despite the high cost of spa services, the conditions were far from relaxing or enjoyable. On a positive note, the staff at the spa were friendly and professional.
