The hotel’s location was excellent, with parking always available. There was a wide variety of food at breakfast, although the coffee quality and the outdated coffee and juice machines could be improved. The staff at both the buffet and à la carte restaurant were friendly, as were the reception staff.
There were many ‘day pass’ guests, which made the pool areas quite busy and less relaxing. The kids’ area also needs some attention, particularly regarding safety.

I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable place to unwind for a few days. The spa facilities are truly impressive, with multiple pools, a spacious relaxation zone, and water slides that add a fun touch. All pools had pleasantly warm water, making them enjoyable for both adults and kids. The hotel itself is large, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. Breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes, and the complimentary parking was very convenient. Families will also appreciate the dedicated children’s area. Overall, the stay fully met my expectations, and I would happily return.
The only downside for me was that the spa is open to external visitors, not just hotel guests, which meant it became quite crowded during the day, especially on weekends. Additionally, many people used the smoking room, and because the door was often left open, the smoke spread into the hallway. The room temperature was also higher than comfortable, and it couldn’t be adjusted.

We stayed for two nights to be able to enjoy the waterpark with our kid. The size of the room was decent, and they put an extra folding bed. The small welcome gift for the kid was appreciated!
The location is not central, you need to walk to the promenade, but it was not an issue.
We spent most of the time in the water area. It was not crowded on the first week of September already.
The breakfast had big variety of food, however it was hard to find something with less fat or vinegar. Some edges of the pools were chipped, and all members of the family got small injures.
There were no vanity kit, hair conditioner or body lotion in the room, which is somewhat expected for a 4-stars hotel. Only 2-in-1 body-hair gel and shower caps. However, they provided slippers and bathrobes and changed them upon request.
For some unclear reason, the water slides ("tobogan") are operating only 12:00 -- 18:00. There is no extra staff watching the slides, so why not open it together with the water area at 10?
And finally, dear management, smoking should be banned in the outdoor SPA area as well, not only indoor!
