It is clean, the food is solid and the staff is very friendly.
Everything is paid extra, especially expensive spa, skiing on the hotel's slopes (which is part of the hotel). Rooms are very small.

The hotel has its own ski track for beginners which suited us. If you want to try skiing on Kopaonik, the gondola which can take you to the top of the mountain is near by. The food in the hotel was ok, and you could order some in the restaurant in the facility. The lobby was cosy with the fireplace in the middle. The room we stayed in had spa bath and sauna, which was pretty nice after a cold day outside. We were allowed to check out late, with no expence which was very nice.
The interior was a bit old-ish, there were new details but I think the facility could do much better with some general renovations. Breakfast and dinner could be better as well. The facility has no drinkable water, you have to buy your own.

Everything was beyond my expectations! First of all, staff is amazing, making the trip all the more pleasant. We were offered and stayed in bigger room which was very spacious with comfortable beds as the only thing one needs after a long day on the snow. Food was also delicious, with a variety of different dishes to choose from. And the location is perfect- peaceful area close to gondola.
