We stayed in Zepterme appartment. Zepterme building looks brand new and everything looks modern. Studio was spacious enough for 2 persons and comfortable.
Location is also great - in the centre.
Spa center looks luxurious and has jacuzzi, steam room, bio sauna, Finish sauna, tapidarium and room with water beds. Hotel was not fully booked and I was the only one in the spa center - it was awesome.
Zepterme’s spa center is connected with Zepter Hotel spa center. Zepter hotel spa center looks a bit old, but it has a swimming pool. You can use both spa centers, but it is limited for 3 hours per day which is enough.
I am mostly satisfied with the stay. There are couple of things that can get improved.
The fridge was a bit loud from time to time. I didn’t have a problem with it, but it woke up my wife couple of times.
We took breakfast and dinner in Zepter hotel (next building), it was a bit pricey for the food you get. Quality is not as high as in other 4 star hotels. They should improve it for sure. I would skip it next time.

Very clean rooms, specially fresh air that you can feel throughout the whole hotel, even each room! Staff were pleasant and breakfast had many options to choose from and was very delicious. The pool has half-mineral water and you can feel your skin being softer after the spa!
Spa center is really small considering that hotel guests + Zepterme guest (next building) all visit that one spa. It contains one pool, one jacuzzi and one sauna. Over the weekend it was so crowded that we had to come near the closing time to actually enjoy it. Although, I heard that Zepterme’s spa is in the construction so I guess in the future they will have big enough spa for basically two hotels.

Simple global quality. Correct breakfast buffet
Noisy noisy. Delux room only on first floor, above resturant and promenade.. Would be correct to inform when a quiet room is requested. (Not to mention the local concert until midnight on saturdays. Now you know)
Staff not really concerned, as usual in the area.
Pool, minimum standard.
