We truly had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tonanti. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms to the quality and variety of the food, which was excellent at every meal. The spa center was also fantastic, very well maintained and relaxing, and it really added to the overall experience.
The staff was professional, welcoming and attentive, which made us feel at home throughout our stay. My parents and I genuinely enjoyed every moment, and it was a perfect place to rest and recharge. We would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

Delicious food, good location, very polite staff .
The room was cold, and the cold was coming ftom the large window. When you leave the room, the heating turns off, as it does during the night.

Potrebno je naci malo bolje resenje za parking. Ne moraju gosti hotela ovakve kategotije da odledjuju svoje zamrznute automobile na trotoaru. Potrebno je osmisliti koncept natktivenog parkinga ili podzemne garaze.

The outdoor heated pool was nice especially at night. Decent spa facilities. In the centre of vrnacka banja although there isn’t much around to do.
The hotel room had dirty carpet, scratched furniture. You can tell that it was dated and in need of renovations.
We came on a Saturday and the pool was packed. There was not a single free lounger. After complaining to the staff they found us two free loungers so a bonus for the responsive staff.
By the end of the night it seemed like the staff gave up on cleaning the spa facilities as there were large puddles of cold water everywhere. The water cooler was empty, plastic cups thrown everywhere. The lights in the spa area were flickering. The steam room was extremely loud, we couldn’t sit in there without closing our ears. On Sunday night there were a lot less people. We went to the outdoor pool and at some point two security guys showed up out of the dark, scaring us and rudely telling us to get out as they wanted to cover the pool. Mind you we were in the pool on Saturday at the same time, none of the staff had any issues with this and on Sunday no one told us we couldn’t be there. When we left the pool area at 9:30, the outdoor pool wasn’t covered…
We purchased half board. The breakfast was pretty good. The dinner on the other hand… very bland food, no juice, coffee, just plain tap water or pay extra. Very few meat options. Overall very underwhelming.
