Pegaz Holiday Resort

That was a very nice stay. We went when it was not a season yet and booked two rooms. Personnel were kind enough to take my needs into consideration, which I appreciate a lot. The location is not too far from the park; the path to it will be easily covered even if you have elderly relatives with you or children. The spa within the hotel is not too big, but it's nice. We took several massages and facials and used saunas and the pool a lot. An additional plus for me was removing children from the spa area after a certain hour. The restaurant is fine; it lacks consistency, but food is not bad. Breakfast was fine too. Not the most diverse, but again, maybe it was that way because it was not a season yet. Overall this stay was a solid 4/5.

I honestly believe this hotel can do better. Rooms: - Pillows were terrible. I honestly don't know how one can sleep comfortably on something so stiff. I used a small decorative pillow instead, which was not optimal. - We had troubles with the water heater in one of our rooms. Even after my complaint and visit of fixers (I believe they visited), the situation didn't improve. It was very uncomfortable. - We stayed when there were not so many guests in the hotel. But I believe that soundproofing may not be the best. Take it into consideration if you have low tolerance to the noise. Spa: - Laking dressing rooms. Like, at all. You have a place with lockers, but how you should change there is your problem. - Because space is rather small, it can easily become crowded and covered with discarded towels/slippers.

During the reservation, we had some miscommunication. But when we checked in, everything was great. The location is near the park. There are many different kinds of saunas.

Great stay overall. Calm and practical location with a few steps to the center. Near you have a pharmacy, a mini market and even a beaty salon:) Clean, very very clean! Food, breakfast is amazing with a huge selection. Ala carte lunch and dinner options are highly recommended as well to eat well and save money. Great for families with children, as they have many activities, included in your stay price. Pool. hot tubs and saunas are very modern and highly recommended. The massage room was cold both times and had to ask for extra radiator.

Strong tobacco smell in the living room (bedroom was ok). It was not something you will feel after someone smoked in the room once or twice - the whole furniture set smells like it was in kafana for few years. Curtains were so dusty so they turned grey, what added more smell and also allergens on top. Really bad state of bathroom facilities: toilet flush only works once and than you have to pull up the ceramic lid to pull the flush, non-matching toilet sit makes it uncomfortable to use, crazy gap between the faucet and sink brings water all over the place.
