The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it very comfortable for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, close to many popular attractions and public transport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.

Good location, near the pedestrian main street. The possibility to park it's a plus. Lovely staff, they agreed to wait for us even if we arrived during the night and they prepared an exceptional diverse breakfast with local products, served in a cosy corner. Spotless linen and easy to use digital air controller.

The room was spacious and looked relatively modern.
The receptionist didn't speak English and she wasn't there at the moment we arrived at the hotel. Also when we left she wasn't there so we just had to leave the room keys on the counter. The room, even though it was modern it wasn't maintained at all. The bathroom door was broken, the drywall was falling off the walls, the bed sheets were torn, part of the table on the balcony was broken, there were quite a lot of spiderwebs around the room and outside, on the balcony. There were stains on the shower wall and the sink faucet was wiggling pretty bad. We couldn't use the TV at all since there were no programs available. If you want to use the minibar you have to call the reception.
