Big free parking area, very nice and cheap breakfast especially the omelettes, comfortable and clean, silent location close to the main road, nice staff. The price makes it even better when you compare with other Hotels and consider what you get for the money.
There were no disposable slippers.

A nice place to stay if you are traveling through Serbia, and want a good night rest. It's located near the highway in a quiet suburb of Nish, and it's just a short detour from the highway to get there. The place is big, has plenty of rooms, and the front desk works 24h, so you can check in anytime day or night. Also a basic but good breakfast is included in the price. There is a huge parking lot with a security guard and cameras to safely park your car.
While this establishment clearly has history, it's evident that its glory days are firmly in the past. The property desperately needs significant modernization and capital investment to bring it up to contemporary standards.
The accommodations themselves fall into the "acceptable but uninspiring" category. The rooms are functional and adequately maintained from a cleanliness perspective, which is certainly appreciated. However, they're decidedly basic, lacking the amenities and thoughtful touches that modern travelers have come to expect. There's a pervasive sense that both the design aesthetic and furnishings haven't been updated since the 1990s.

The outside was pretty good looking and the restaurant was amazing and the cot that we got in the room was pretty good.
I didn’t like the room, there were crumbs on the bed, the bed were squeking. In the bathroom, the ventilator is not attached to a wall, you can pull it out, and when you do there is birds nest. A lot of cobweb in the bathroom. All in all not satisfied at all.
