Das Apartment war nicht im Hotel selber sonder in einen daneben liegenden Gebäude. Ein Zimmer mit 20m2 hatte ein viel zu kleines Fenster höchstens 40x40cm d.g kaum Tageslicht. Laminat Boder Totalschaden. Badezimmer nach Duschen voll überschwemmt.
Unten dem Zimmer war eine Fest das bis 2h Morgen ging… das wurde im Vorfeld nicht erwähnt.
Personal unfreundlich, 5 mal wurde nach dem Schlüssel gefragt obwohl wir ihr eindeutigen gesagt haben das wir den bringen. Wenn wir das Zimmer verlassen… Man betrachte das Check out bis 11h ist.
