Zentral, sauber, komfortabel, überragend freundliches Personal. George war äußerst zuvorkommend. Er hat auf uns gewartet trotz der verspäteten Ankunft und hat uns während unsere kurzen Aufenthalt wie VIP‘s behandelt.

La posizione ottima, con una passeggiata si raggiunge il castello di Nis. La camera molto spaziosa, i letti molto comodo, il bagno grande. La pulizia impeccabile. Camere nuovissime. Il personale molto gentile e la colazione ottima con dei buonissime prodotti freschi.
Nei messaggi prima dell'arrivo ci era stato detto che potevamo pagare con carta di credito ma quando siamo arrivati là ci è stato detto che il pos non funzionava per problemi nel circuito. Avremmo potuto essere avvisati prima.

Fantastic staff! Ultimately friendly people, helped us a lot during local protests, helped us with parking and gave us a chance to refrigerate our goods that we brought with us. Made us some coffee during checkout, absolutely great experience.
Beds are comfy, rooms are nice. Great place if you plan to visit city for short amount of time!
