Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Perfekt ausgestattet!

Très bel appartement, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Une agréable terrasse avec une vue splendide. L'appartement est tourné vers la plage et l'océan, dans ce quartier calme et en périphérie, on oublie la ville pourtant pas si éloignée. Piscines intérieure dans le bâtiment et extérieure appréciables, petits magasins à quelques minutes.

La literie mériterait d'être renouvelée

This is a review from someone who is well-travelled and have stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world. The review is objective and thorough. Pros -Nice apartment -Big Balcony and sea view -Very close to small wild beach that is cute and beautiful. It has hiking trails. -Well equipped - you can find almost everything you will need on your holidays. Even sun umbrella. - The recommendation for the local restaurant that is 20 min away was good We really like the apartment. Unfortunately the service and hospitality as well as a number of rules have been dissapointing and not accommodating.

Cons - Beware the management company is charging you 300 euros deposit on the top stay for this apartment. This is noted on booking.com, but was not clearly visible. We really did not like it having paid almost 1000 euro for a week's stay. If you are converting this deposit for non-euro account, you are essentially losing money due to the foreign exchange fees. - Check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am. We have only arrived around 6pm an have kindly asked for a later checkout due to the evening flights, but have received a firm no saying the check out rules must be followed. - The area is residential. There is no bakery around and the nearest small supermarket is 7 min up the hill and expensive. So you need to go by car or Uber to go to a bigger local supermarket. - There are many rules and regulations. The rules include throwing rubish away and sorting of the towels end the end of your stay. It makes you feel that you are doing housekeeping for them. You can not refuse as they have your money - 300 euros deposit. - No housekeeping during the entire stay - No place to leave your suitcase after the check out (10am). We have asked for it and received a no. This is inconvenience especially if your flight is late and you have lots of luggage - When we have arrived, there was no shower gel, shampoo and only one set of towels. Also no tea or coffee. No washing powder. We had to make effort to buy shampoo. The toiletries and extra towers have been late and provided only 2 days after arrival. -The hot shower flow was limited. If you are two people, you need to be fast. Just to be clear, there is hot water, just you need to wait until the water will warm up for the next usage as there might be something to do with the pressure of hot water. Especially if one person is staying in the shower longer and wasching hair, etc. -The toilet flush is weak, you need to wait a bit for the next usage for the toilet. Again it is either the presume of water or toilet itself.
