Villa Nobre by The Portuguese Butler

Súper cómodo, la piscina estupenda y las habitaciones limpias y bonitas. Tal y como se ve en la foto

The villa was in an amazing location and spacious enough for 9 of us staying. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was a good size. Villa was clean and had everything we needed.

We had to wait a while beyond check in time as the villa wasn’t ready. The host was helpful and responded. Everything else was good, but this is just some constructive feedback; The pool area was basic and some of the plants could be cut back as it was difficult getting through the gate.

I enjoyed the facilities and location to the strip and old town, the villa was clean and a good size.

The staff are unhelpful, I must say the landlord was very good as he came to fix a problem very quickly, but the agency controlling it are proving useless as they still have not returned our damage deposit after almost a month and we were promised it within 2 weeks after charging us a higher damage deposit as we are under 25.

La struttura in se per se è ottima. La posizione, quasi al centro di Albufeira, la piscina ed anche le varie stanze. Eravamo in 8 e siamo stati bene sia nelle varie stanze nelle quali c'è aria condizionata e i vari bagni, due en suite e uno normale in corridoio.

L'host. Purtroppo è una nota dolente dell'appartamento. Prima di tutto non rispondono a messaggi e/o chiamate prima del soggiorno. Ti scrivono solo per avere i pagamenti ma non si interessano di ciò che chiedi. Durante il soggiorno sono stati più pro attivi ma nulla di chè. Il peggio è arrivato dopo. Abbiamo chiesto un late check-out, ci hanno dato solo 40 minuti extra poichè "sta arrivando lo staff delle pulizie". Per scrupolo siamo stati lì fino alle 13 a controllare che arrivasse qualcuno. Spoiler, non è venuto nessuno. Per quanto abbiamo pagato era il minimo un qualche ora extra, soprattutto se non hai check-in dopo e questo lo dico da Host anche io. Riguardo il deposito cauzionale.....se non gli scrivi tutti i giorni non si interessano minimamente di inviarti quanto ti è dovuto ed inoltre ci hanno restituito 100€ in meno, nonostante abbiamo sistemato la villa, lasciato tutto al loro posto e probabilmente l'abbiamo lasciata più pulita di come l'abbiamo trovata. Abbiamo chiesto assistenza a Booking il quale, naturalmente e come sempre, se ne lava le mani come Ponzio Pilato fece con Gesù. Lo consiglio? Non lo so, a vostra scelta. La struttura in sé è ottima, servizi anche tranne la cucina (se vuoi cucinare non hai molto a disposizione), ma l'Host è la nota negativa del posto
