About this house rental
The property is in a plot of 850 square meters and has an inside area of 340 square meters. It is composed of 2 floors, on the ground floor you will find all the social areas and 2 rooms on the upper floor are the 4 rooms all en-suite with bathtub. All the rooms have a terrace. The garden is a must where children can play freely while you enjoy our pool. The house has a security alarm system with video cameras on the outside. Parking on the property is not a problem.
Located in a residential area, the surroundings are quiet. The nearby beaches are Praia do Forte de São João, Praia da Oura, Praia dos Aveiros Praia do Alemão, all within a 10 min walking distance. The city center is just 15 min walking distance where you can find plenty of restaurants and tourist activities.

Fantastic property with all the amenities you could need. 12 of us stayed at the property and there was plenty of room. Nice outdoor pool area. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants

Fantastic week spent in this amazing villa. Villa is exactly like pictures and is vast. We were a group of 10 adults, a child and a baby. Huge living space and kitchen was well equipped with everything required. Terraces off every room. Garden grounds were huge and very well maintained. The pool was also a huge hit and a good size. We made good use of the barbecue for alfresco lunches. Location was an easy walk down to the beach and also walkable to the strip and the old town, however we made good use of Uber and the local taxis. Also a huge thank you to Eduardo for all his assistance and quick reply to any correspondence....an amazing host. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Five siblings and partners get together from Germany and Canada. It was the perfect space for the whole group and smaller visits. The pool area and ping pong table were well used. There are many restaurants in walking distance. We had breakfast in and went to a different restaurant each night. An excellent stay. When we had the country wide power outage, Eduardo brought over tea light and we had a candle light evening meal of sandwiches. It was fantastic!
