Location, location! Amazing views and facilities , well appointed and comfortable. Fantastic to have our own access to the beautiful beach too . Very helpful owner who organised our child facilities and the local property manager, Joao who was always available and excellent.

excellent view, great pool, over looking ocean, beach bars and restaurants on the beach a short walk away.
master bedroom had twin beds, poor mattresses, no basic toiletries, no toilet paper, mid week clean was nothing they did nothing and charged $235, place needs a serious updating, toilet paper all over trail to the beach I cleaned it up myself. directions are poor.

Excellent villa in superb location. Convenient for both old and new towns and overlooking a beautiful beach. Thanks very much Isabelle - it took us a while to visit because of covid but it was worth the wait.
The villa name on the entrance would be good as it wasn't obvious which villa it was in the middle of the night but that's just nit-picking - it only took 2 mins to work out.

The location is fantastic. The villa has a beautiful view overlooking the sea that can be seen as soon as you enter the property in the lounge, balcony and from the bedrooms on the back.
The early check in and late check out was the wonderful! Thank you so much Isabelle and Nelson.
We will definitely stay at this villa again, hopefully next year.

The price of the heated pool states €200.00 for the week on booking.com but we were charged €250.00. This price needs updating on the website.
