Vila Santa Eulália

Abundance of space, picturesque views, well maintained facilities, friendly staff. The property is light and spacious with plenty of sun loungers for everyone, could have spent the entire holiday right here. The daily cleaning service was a slice of heaven. A tranquil and quiet oasis-like escape away from the bustle of town.

Brilliant staff Ricardo was wonderful Nothing was too much trouble. I hadnt realised we would have daily cleaners with fresh pool towels daily and bed sheets changed every 2nd day. A gorgeous garden with stunning seaside views. Nearby supermarkets

The nearest bars and restaurants werent brilliant but there are plentiful ubers to tkae you further

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Santa Eulália as a family of six and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve tried to keep this as short as possible but there’s so much to say! From the very beginning, communication was excellent - all of our queries before arrival were handled promptly, helpfully and politely, which gave us great confidence ahead of the trip. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ricardo, who escorted us to the villa and gave us a thorough and thoughtful tour of the entire property. It really set the tone for the stay. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious, all en suite bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and one on the lower ground floor (which is a bit dark but we didn’t need that bedroom). This worked well for our group and offered plenty of flexibility. The entire property was spotlessly clean throughout, and the décor is tasteful, with beautiful artefacts that give it a unique and charming feel. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything and everything you might need! Great bbq outside too - and a pizza oven. The outdoor areas are just stunning - the gardens are beautifully maintained, and the pool area is fantastic. We especially loved having the the hot tub and option of the pool being heated. The sea views are simply breathtaking, you won’t ever tire of that view! Any minor issues we had during the stay were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Ricardo and the team, which we really appreciated. And the daily maid service was a real treat, they were always polite and left the villa sparkling. The villa is located very near a number of shops and restaurants, and a supermarket - all just a couple of mins walk.. but Ubers were readily available when we wanted to travel to the old town (8 mins) or Villamoura Marina (25 mins). The beach is directly below the villa, down a steep slope and wooden steps but it’s worth the walk back as it’s lovely and unspoilt down there.

Great location generally but not for a group of people - Villa is too close to residential homes. The villa is lovely and is very spacious and clean. Staff were generally very nice and helpful.

It was in a residential area and whilst it had lovely facilities and a hot tub in the garden, the neighbours complained when we were in the garden at night - We were a group of 7 and only just above half of the villas maximum capacity. We did not think we were making an unreasonable amount of noise. They also retained nearly half of my deposit which they say was because I left the tap running and hence it caused the pump to break. It wasn't till 9 days after my return that they told me this and they provided no evidence linking us to this issue. In addition, I have had no response from them either re-my complaint. I have since lodged a dispute with Booking.Com.
