Villa Rosana

Villa facilities were good, pool area is fantastic. For a group of 11 lads it was a good house and we felt we got exactly we paid for but nothing more. House was nice and clean on arrival.

Gardeners/Maintenance turned up at unexpected times and let themselves in to the villa with no warning from the host, this caught us off guard. Fridge was not working correctly during the first few days of the trip. Top floor aircon is not strong enough in either room, this needs addressing. Some panels in certain rooms were broken/hanging off.

Amazing property, very spacious and felt like a home away from home.

De bedden waren niet in orde. Sommige bedden waren niet voorzien van een onderlaken, waardoor je onder een laken sliep die vermoedelijk nooit gewassen wordt (wat bevestigd werd toen we onze bagage gingen halen nadat het poetsteam al was geweest). Er waren niet voldoende handdoeken voorzien. De villa is serieus afgeleefd. De douches zitten vol kalk. Twee airco’s lekten heel wat water. Hygiënisch was de Vila ook niet. De airco’s werkten op zich wel goed waardoor je de kamers goed fris kon houden. Het is ook zeer rustig gelegen maar toch centraal. Op zich is alles te voet te doen (the strip, oude stad)

Fab villa in a great location. The pool area was great for our large family. Very helpful host.

Only 5 bedrooms not 6 as advertised, the 6th room / area was not suitable as a bedroom. A few things in the kitchen didn't work properly.
