About this villa rental
Located in the heart of Albufeira, this 4 bedroom modern villa is perfect as an ideal getaway with all the modern facilities to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Outside it is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 private swimming pool which can be heated upon request at an additional charge.
All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).
A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.
The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (14 minutes walk)
Oura Beach is less than 15 minutes walk away and easy to get to, there are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink. The villa has good sea views with private terraces to the 1st floor bedrooms
All the furniture is of a good standard. Sofas in the living room, with modern dining table and chairs. SMART TV, with satellite channels all in a large living room with modern lighting and air conditioning. With large sliding doors leading out to the front of the house.
The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave. The kitchen leads out onto the pool and BBQ area with outside seating.
Bedroom 1: Large Double bedroom located on the ground floor beside the kitchen and leads out onto the pool. benefits from en suite facilities, modern built in wardrobe, side lights and modern ceiling lights.
Bedroom 2: Lower ground floor - benefits from 3 single beds with en suite facilities, air conditioning and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Located on the 1st floor has a double bed, en suite facilities, private terrace looking onto the pool with sea views. Fitted wardrobes with ample room to hand all your clothes.
Bedroom 4: Main bedroom - Located on the 1st floor, has a solid wood double bed, with side tables, built in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and south facing private terrace looking onto the sea. We can provide an additional single bed in this room if required.

Villa was great, in a beautiful location and everything is as seen in the pictures, only trouble we had was the fridge wasn’t that cold (although definitely manageable)

Great spacious place in a good location and amenities in property, private and secure. Shops nearby and easy stroll to the beach. Place was cleaned well with fresh sheets on comfortable beds.
Balconies and terrace was nice, plenty of utensils and pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen, sockets everywhere, iron and iron board was useful, comfortable sun beds. Pool area was nicely laid out. Front was clean and refreshing with the trees and plants specially the lemon trees.
Negatives
Ground floor bedroom had a door to the pool area but was locked, key not provided which was a shame.
Basement room with the three single beds has no windows but does have ac, there was a very bad smell coming from the manhole cover in the basement bathroom, this was on our last day but still not nice.
Outdoor play area, unusable, cues broken for the pool table, table tennis table was pretty much unusable burnt in the sun. No Sun shades umbrellas like shown in the pictures
Pool is smaller than it looks in pictures, was being cleaned when we arrived which looked promising however when the cleaner had left the pool was still dirty, rubbish floating and on the pool floor.
Living area was fine however sofas were poor condition, one seat was broken, couldn’t really sit comfortably on them.
Listing shows jacuzzi in main bedroom en-suite however it does not work.
Towels provided were not great and some of them smelled too.
